The TRANSIRO POWERSTRAP R4 is a triathlon shoe with an extremely quick and intuitive to use, all-round Velcro fastener, ideal for races over shorter distances. For sprint or short distance triathlon formats where every second counts, we wanted to deliver a shoe that offers the fastest and most intuitive closure system.
POWER STRAP
Powerstrap can be closed extremely quickly: simply slip into the shoe, pull and roll out of the transition without any problems. The strap is designed to pull a larger area of the shoe's upper, so the fit is wrapped and secure even with a relatively simple system.
To ease the transition, the powerstrap can be locked in the wide-open position to allow quick and easy foot entry, while the heel features a rubberized loop that makes it easier to put on shoes already clipped into the pedals .
The shoe's upper combines mesh - for excellent ventilation - with Microtex to ensure adequate foot support with every pedal stroke.
R4 OUTSOLE
Complementing the upper is a moderately stiff R4 outsole, which strikes a good balance between comfort and pedaling performance while allowing efficient ventilation for temperature control.
