Description
The Athlex Float wetsuit combines high buoyancy with high stretch making it a very well balanced wetsuit for swimmers who need buoyancy to correct their posture in the water. Low thickness in the upper torso and high material thickness in the leg area allow all athletes to start with confidence in the first discipline of the triathlon.
- 39+: The high flexibility of the Yamamoto 39 neoprene, combined with the first-class elasticity of the Inifinty Skin 2 lining, gives open water swimmers a feeling of maximum freedom. Thanks to this combination, 35% less force is required for fast movements than with conventional neoprene. Slower movements and longer strokes require 45% less effort than other wetsuits. In addition, the SCS surface treatment helps to reduce drag and water friction, which improves hydrodynamics and makes it really fast.
- 39 FS: The combination of Yamamoto 39 neoprene, Infinity Skin 2 lining and Smoothskin surface ensures elasticity, maximum flexibility and thus a complete feeling of freedom. Open water swimmers use 35% less energy for fast movements and short strokes, while slower and longer movements require 45% less energy than with any other conventional wetsuit.
- 38+: Yamamoto 38 provides better compression for superior wetsuit fit and promotes comfort when swimming in open water. To increase hydrodynamics, an SCS surface finish is used, which reduces friction in the water and thus increases speed.
