Your training plan will be provided to you via the Trainingpeaks training platform. This requires an account with Trainingpeaks. This is free as a basic account.

*The anamnesis interview takes place by telephone, the training support by e-mail.
** Termination in writing by e-mail to the supervising trainer by the 15th calendar day of the month.
